L’appartamento è all’interno di una villetta trifamiliare. Presenta 2 ingressi all’appartamento autonomi, di cui uno frontale al solarium. È dotato di cucina, soggiorno, due camere da letto matrimoniali, lavanderia e bagno. L’impianto di climatizzazione è presente in tutte le stanze. L’appartamento è di nuova costruzione, rifinito in ogni aspetto e soprattutto confortevole. Potrete rilassarvi nel solarium, giocando a calcio balilla e Ping pong. Tutti gli esterni sono comuni alle tre abitazioni.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
