Holiday rentals with beach access in Cinisi

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

The ordered transfer was punctual and safe. Despite the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant. The equipment of the apartment fully met our expectations, consistent with the description, fully functional. Loredana and Sophie are extremely helpful, very hospitable, they are model hosts. Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a lovely stay at Il Bijoux for 10 days. The accommodation is exactly as per the photos - spacious, well laid out and with everything you need for your stay. It was different for us to stay within a town and what really worked was the proximity to the restaurants, shops and all the sights of Castellemare del Golfo. Bartolomeo is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb. Thank you Bartolomeo for such a lovely holiday. We hope to be back.

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

Francesca is a great host, we were guests in the beautiful apartment for 14 days and felt very comfortable from the first to the last day. Both beaches are within walking distance. There are good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example at the harbour or in the market square. Opposite there is a Panifica for fresh bread and everything you need for a delicious breakfast. Communication with Francesca went very well. We were well informed. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful roof terrace. Absolutely recommended.

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the minimarket (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to return!

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe's, everything was perfect and as advertised! The location of the apartment is really great, between the sea and the mountain, the landscapes are breathtaking, the calm is also very pleasant! Cala Rossa beach and the small town of Terrasini are absolutely splendid. Giuseppe is a very welcoming and available host, he even recommended places to see. In short, a perfect stay!

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Thank you Michele and Doriana for sharing your beautiful home in a beautiful location!

From reception to checkout, we were warmly looked after. The family was always there for us and gave us numerous tips and recommendations. The apartment is very child- and family-friendly (toys, beach utensils, etc.). Even all the basic kitchen and bathroom utensils (shower gel, sponge, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) were provided and you did not have to go to a supermarket immediately. The beach (very shallow, perfect for children) is only 2 rows of houses away and we always visited it on foot. Also the restaurant right at the beach was excellent. It is the ideal starting point for all excursions in the northwest (Scopello, Zingaro, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, etc.). 2km away is a super vegetable farmer with an animal farm (super program with smaller children and fresh vegetables). Thanks to the family, we had an exceptionally beautiful holiday here. We have taken the entire place and the family into our hearts! Grazie Mille!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 metres to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

We really loved our stay at the accommodation! Nino is very friendly and gave us so many helpful recommendations for places and good restaurants around Balestrate. He responded directly to any questions we had. We felt really welcome!

Santo was very warm and friendly. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the centre. Best location possible. I was also lucky to receive a very nice cultural gift from the beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying for several days and driving wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
