Waterfront holiday rentals in Cincinnati

Amazing experience! The place was well taken care of and comfortable. Dishes were clean and placed in proper locations. Residents were extremely polite and helpful when seeing them in the halls and common areas. Highly recommend! Fun activities in the area walking distance. Only recommendation for Devin & NaKayla is to have a new parking lot pin drop and better explanation of what to look for when going to the parking garage. Also when leaving the garage at anytime during stay to state that you just approach the garage door and it will open & to get to garage floor it is G1. For someone who doesn’t live in areas like that. I’ve never seen that before. Navigating the building to get to the common areas was a bit confusing at first as well. Lastly, it was a great experience and highly recommend. Will most likely stay again if ever in the area.

The Apt was in huge & in excellent shape, I thought the price was a bit high but still within an acceptable range. All amenities were as stated, but all may needs were filled. Walked daily on the adjacent Little Miami River Trail, which was awesome ! The nature of the building is prone to moisture and the dehumidifier was helpful ( A larger capacity one might be nice). Some under counter lighting in kitchen would be nice. The food at the Cartridge was very good, but the beer as a bit disappointing (certainly not the host’s fault)

Host was great at communicating. Instructions were clear. Apartment was very clean! Location was very close to downtown and river walk. Would definitely stay again.

We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The space was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was provided that we needed to have a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

We are a family from Puerto Rico and we stayed in Cincinnati for my daughter's wedding. We stayed for eight days and it was fantastic. Very peaceful, accessible, close to good places to eat, and a fantastic Mexican restaurant that we enjoyed several times. I would return and recommend this apartment because it is safe and has a good neighborhood.

The property was so beautiful and we really enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake. The home was comfortable and cute. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The Host Sam was awesome and the place that we stayed was beautiful! Great experience all around. Kids enjoyed themselves and everything was really accommodating. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We would definitely stay here again!!! Cheers!

Wonderful oasis. Perfect location for a parent’s weekend at Miami or graduation.

Don’t let that first impression when you pull up to the address throw you off. It’s lovely inside with nice decks back and side

Communication was great! Provided us with clear instructions and stated he was available 24 hours a day if we needed anything. Beautiful setting with a large deck and view for morning coffee!

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

Great spot, I've been two times now when we're in town and we love how walkable it is and how clean and spacious the apartment is!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

Great views of the Cincy skyline. Walked to hofbrauhaus, brothers, pins and OTR.

Great stay. Had a lot to focus on this week and this place was the perfect save haven to rest when I had the chance. Had some fabulous meals nearby as well.
