Sara was so warm and welcoming! We loved staying at her place. it was very spacious, clean and comfortable! She also sent us some great suggestions for our stay, we can’t say enough great things about it! Strongly recommend staying here!

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice apartment, clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host has always been responsive and very helpful in the necessary communications. Great value for money. If I had to go back to the area one day, I would definitely come back here for the night.

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

Very kind host, you can see that you care about his guests and his work. He also recommended a beautiful walk not far from the B&B. We'll be back!

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Incredible space! Like a movie. There is love in every detail. The host took care of the design very carefully, every accessory, from bed linen to furniture in the interior complements the picture. Very clean, and there is everything you need in the kitchen ( electronic appliances, appliances, dishes, even tea/sugar/heat/oil) The host is always available and responds very quickly and is always ready to provide recommendations, or hints. Very quiet and atmospheric town with delicious restaurants. We stayed with two families with children ( and another family of our friends nearby in the hotel) and had a great time! I recommend this place 100%

As always, everything worked out great: Communication, check-in, very nice apartment with fantastic lake view, restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. We've been there many times and will be happy to come back!!!

First of all, Elisabeth and her husband were always quick to respond to messages and were patient waiting for our arrival in the evening. Pros: nice, furnished, new and clean apartment. Cons: as a condiment there was only salt, it might be helpful to also provide oil, etc. As the one and only flaw, perhaps the slight noise caused by the street but nothing can be done about it and it takes a back seat to all the other qualities! I would say that the value for money is more than excellent, so if I happen to be in the area again I will come back here!
