Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Čilipi

This was a great airbnb I didn’t want to leave! It’s about a 10 minute bus ride to old town and close to the bus station. It’s in a quieter neighborhood away from all the hustle/bustle of old town. It had everything you could need to feel at home. Clean bathrooms, nice big bed, even a TV with streaming services. Highly recommend. Karmen was also super helpful in helping me find the place (Uber often drops you off on the other side of the building). She was responsive and gave me a very helpful rundown of the area. Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Lovely hosts, who communicated very well and were very helpful. Allowed us to check in early, and looked after our suitcases on the day of departure. Booked taxis to collect us from the airport and take us back, which was a blessing. The apartment was lovely, and in a great position for getting the bus into the old town but also to explore the coastline and local restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on nearby but that was not the fault of the hosts! Very comfortable bed , great air conditioning and although we didn’t cook all the facilities were very good. We loved the coastal path that was easy to access from the apartment. We loved the thoughtful gift from the hosts when we left; a beautiful fridge magnet. Thank you so much Ivan and Marijana.

The apartment is absolutely spotless. It looks exactly like the photos, and it’s very comfortable; great bed, fantastic shower, coffee machine and great TV with HBO max. There is a large balcony with the most amazing views of the bay, and the binoculars meant we could take a look at the cruise liners and speed boats coming and going. We loved our stay at Haixi & Jo’s apartment.

Ana's place was ideal for a few days in Dubrovnik for our family of 4. Great value for money, walking distance to the old town, and the apartment was exactly as described. It's located between two main roads, which whole great for logistics, we did find it a little noisy at times. Really appreciated how responsive Ana was, especially when we locked ourselves out (completely out own error!). I would reccoomend staying here, thanks for having us to stay.

Logement bien équipé, très propre. Emplacement central, avec des accès simples au magasin alimentaire, bus ou la vieille ville. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Perfect place for a family to explore Dubrovnik old town. Ivana was so kind and helpful and greeted us into the place and helped park the car.

Fantastic place, with an incredible view of the old town and ocean. There are a lot of steps (maybe a few hundred) so we walked down and got taxis back up the hill and there were always plenty of them. The apartment was spotlessly clean and just as described. Both beds had memory foam mattresses so very comfy. Anna is a helpful and communicative host. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Nika’s place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with all you need! The garden was spacious with plenty of seating and the view was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as it was a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old town! We were in walking distance of bakeries, supermarkets, attractions like the cable cart and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The neighbourhood was quiet, the only noise you would hear would be the street outside but when the windows were closed, it was very peaceful! Nika and the accommodation contact were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to visit again!

Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire… L’appartement est grand, parfaitement meublé et puis que dire de cette vue sur la mer sur le balcon… À couper le souffle. À noter la place de parking devant et la machine à laver qui est d’une utilité cruciale. Ce sera un vrai plaisir de revenir !

Great place and great host. House in a quiet area, close to Kotor old town (about 15-20 min on foot). Denis is very communicative and friendly, gave recommendations for the most interesting places and recommended restaurants. The house is charming and very clean.

Dominik went above and beyond to help us feel welcome with meeting us in person, local recommendations, and helping to arrange a taxi to the airport and local tours! The apartment was ideally located- one minute walk to the old town city wall entrance, local bakery, groceries, and coffee shop. Well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super location ! At the entrance of old city. Near to bars & restaurants! The apartment has a very nice decoration ! Renovated ! Small complex but all you need to enjoy Nike’s great recommendations for food, coffee and tourism. Highly recommended. Thanks Nike !

Hrvoje’s house is beautiful and unique, and one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc, and there were more towels and bathrobes than we could use. It's a large, very old property which is full of character. One bedroom is upstairs with an en suite. The other main bedroom is downstairs with the twin bedroom next to it. Both the downstairs rooms share a bathroom, with access from the twin room via the other bedroom. We only used the two main bedrooms and it was very private. The beds are large (UK superking size) and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. The outside space is large and pretty, with a fantastic view over the old town and the Adriatic beyond. A great place to relax with a few drinks. The location is excellent with the entrance to the old town only 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment is near the road, so not many steps to negotiate with luggage. Highly recommended.

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect location if you want easy access going to old town. The place is very near to everything you need in old town. It is surprisingly quiet during the night so we didn’t had problem sleeping.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

Appartement magnifique, moderne et très confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon, parfait pour se détendre. Un excellent choix pour les vacances.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)

Had a brilliant stay. Niksa offered to pick us up from the Airport, this saved lots of messing with taxis, he gave us great local knowledge and recommendations for the town and the area. The apartment is in a great location, and has everything you would need, the outside space is private and relaxing. Really do recommend - we would definitely stay here again! Loved it.
