When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Big Tiny House Retreat

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Apartment 2+kk is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It is equipped for families with youngest children. There is a bathtub, potty, cot and lots of toys. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, TV, wifi and an equipped kitchen. Parking is free in front of the house. The apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the center. Near the apartment there is a shop, pub, playground and public transport stop.

New air-conditioned two-room apartment, which offers accommodation for up to four people. The bedroom has its own dressing room and offers a luxurious double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for full sleeping. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a spacious shower with a ceiling shower and waterfall, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer.
