We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.

This is a two-bedroom house with a large garden. Apartments have one entrance to the house. There's an older couple living in the house downstairs, they're nice and communicative, there's always someone nearby, they or me. The garden is shared, we are community, but it's also possible to have your outdoor seating. The apartment is equipped with everything. There is a small dog moving in the shared garden.
