This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the Langhe district, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is known for its gorgeous scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several sitting areas.

We are located in the fabric of the historic center of Piozzo, a short walk from the main square and the historic Baladin. Recently renovated, the apartment has a single room with a wooden loft. Downstairs are the living area and bathroom, while the loft houses the sleeping area. Access to the apartment is by means of a two-story metal staircase, which ends on a small balcony, overlooking an inner courtyard.
