The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

The apartment is excellent, beautiful as well as in the photos! Well complete, especially the kitchen, has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we need to respond quickly. The view from the site is wonderful and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for getting around if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on holiday, the island was full, so we caught slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to go to the center or beaches of the South region. It has some beach stalls near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp for access to the house, it really is very steep, with curves. We were driving 4x4 and climbed quietly, but it could be a problem for those who have a smaller car or have some mobility difficulties.

Felipe was one of the best hosts, very helpful, the PERFECT house, the heated pool is undoubtedly a great differential. We will definitely return and recommend the house to friends, it is close to Caragua and São Sebastião, very well located. Felipe was very helpful from the moment we entered the house and when we left, thank you. There were days of rest and a lot of joy, the house was very well planned, the house was very clean and well-equipped, I didn't miss anything, thank you for making our stay even more comfortable. We'll be back soon

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and very well decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean, with great quality furniture and bedding, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. She gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (lol). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

What a joy it was to stay in this space! Feiticeira beach is so close that you can consider it your backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great on the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

Cleusa was very attentive, it gave us all the necessary support for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The apartment is impeccable, organized, clean, with appliances, household items that make us feel at home and the view to the sea is amazing. We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

I really liked the apartment, very nice view and everything very organized. Easy access to the center. Clear instructions on the property and condominium. Message service was quick tbm. I would recommend it!
