Chalé com vista incrível ao mar, á 1 min andando de 2 praias de acesso controlado por terra, lugar ideal para relaxar e estar perto da natureza Pra quem procura tranquilidade e privacidade, principalmente no verão quando as praias estão lotadas. Localizada em área de preservação, onde está o Instituto de pesquisas marinhas da Usp Acesso à propriedade e praia restrito para hóspedes da casa e Instituto. Propriedade de 10.000 m2 com vistas lindas de Ilhabela e praias vizinhas.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
