Casa (120m2) no antigo parque aquático de Ilhabela c/ 2 suítes, cozinha completa, WiFi rápido (Fibra óptica 1000Mbps), área c/ próprio quintal c/ churrasqueira e piscina natural de uso exclusivo de quem aluga esta casa! No segundo andar tem a suíte c/ vista p/ estrelas da cama king e da banheira e varanda. A ampla varanda c/ mesa de sinuca e rede leva para uma ponte até o mirante das cachoeiras. Localização bem central, perto das praias, tanto pro sul, Vila, norte ou outro lado da ilha.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. We offer sheets and pillows. 4 beach chairs and a parasol. We don't offer a washing machine, towels, and throw blankets.
