Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
