The place is very homey, clean and smells nice. You have everything you need in the apartmen including kitchen utensils. It’s close to mini small shops, indomart, family mart. Worth the price for sure and it’s quite cheap. Smoking allowed in balcony and dining area. Complete amenities, easy check in.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

Una estancia de un mes, todo muy bien. El piso da la sensación de espacioso, tiene buenas vistas al norte, y una ubicación buena, pues tiene la estación de trenes, línea Bogor, justo debajo, y dos centro comerciales cerca. Cualquier duda o cosa era respondida rápidamente por la propietaria. El Internet era suficiente para poder teletrabajar y no tener problemas. Es la primera vez que me hospedó en este alojamiento, pero la segunda vez que escojo Wood Residence Park.

I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has complete cooking equipment, which made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. A water heater is available. The location is also great—close to shopping centers and other public facilities. The host was helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Patricks Haus! Es war so geräumig, sauber und einladend. Und man hatte einen einzigartigen Blick in die Natur, den ich sonst noch nie in Jakarta erlebt hatte. Wir liebten die große Terrasse und unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Den Service, dass die Zimmer regelmäßig gereinigt wurden, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wie würden sehr gerne das Haus wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Jakarta!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

baik banget Mba Fitri dan Ibu nya sangat welcome. dibantu oleh keponakannya utk check in. pas check in di jamu rambutan , kopi dan teh. Its special for us, jarang2 pesen di air bnb ada cemilan paling cuma teh dan kopi dan air mineral. proses check in flexible banget. next insyallah klo ada acara lagi, pesen di sini lagi. maaciww... mba .. salam sama ibu nya ya.. syg ga sempet ketemu.. 🥰🥰❤️.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

among the places i stayed in Jakarta this one has the most complete kitchen and bathroom, washer, utensils, rice cooker, proper stove and modern look & feel. it is an amazing place. there are roaches (it is Indonesia and hard to avoid in this climate in the buildings). yet one problem is since it is in the 23rd floor (and has a great view btw), it also get lots of call to prayer noise very early in the morning. be careful if you are a light sleeper and do not have earplugs. otherwise it is a great place to stay. thank you Nando

The Airbnb is okay and looks like the photos, though the sofa shape is a bit different. The cleanliness could be improved, but it's still acceptable. The bathroom light is a bit dim—I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. The AC is comfortable, though, which is nice. Overall, it's good. It has Netflix and other amenities. The host is kind and responsive, but the management could use some improvement.

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.

Lubna’s place was very comfortable and close to everything I needed for exhibition. Her communication was very responsive and instruction was easy and clear. This condominium has swimming pool, gym and tennis court so if you are planning to use those, I recommend to bring your own clothes or tools.

perfect for our family of 4 ,centrally located short distance to shopping malls , will definitely stay again.

unit milik Elina sesuai gambar. luas, bersih, modern dan dekat dengan mal. sangat affordable untuk kondisi seperti itu. sayangnya tidak ada keset untuk kamar mandi. Dan instruksi untuk masuk ke unit kurang jelas, krn tdk diberitahu di awal harus parkir dekat towet mana. tapi sekali lagi, unit ini sangat besar dengan lingkungan yang privat dan fasilitasnya lengkap sekali. kalau ada kesempatan lagi, akan menyewa unit Elina lagi.

Ibu Ida is very friendly and responsive also helpful with accommodating our needs and requests.. very generous with complimentary snacks and necessities.. we are very thankful to find and stay at her place..
