Monthly Rentals in Cianjhen District

Very comfortable stay.Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are very clean, the ventilation system is very sufficient, there is a night market and light rail not far away, and it is very convenient to get in and out.The host is also very friendly and helps answer all questions.

First of all: I was satisfied with the accommodation and would stay there again if in Kaoshiung. The apartment is about 10-12 minutes' walk from the Cianjhen Senior High School metro station. Approximately 2 minutes from the apartment, there is a bike station from youbike (have in the evening from and to the bike from the port/Pierzen trum, Dream Mall). The area itself is a bit boring, but there are restaurants, a kind of supermarket, 7/11s with ATM and other shops. By bike you can reach the nearby outlet centre in about 10 minutes, the DreamMall in about 15-20 minutes. For older travellers with mobility problems and without a car, the apartment is not recommended, or for people who need a longer break at lunchtime. There is a kettle. The shower is only separated from the living area by a curtain; an efficient dehumidifier is available. The air conditioning works without problems. A big plus of the apartment is its privacy. ...you enter the apartment directly from the street. Surprisingly very quiet

I've stayed at Jennifer's place in March/April with my mother, husband and 3 month old baby. The place was incredible and super clean and had a lot of facilities which made me feel I was at home. Jennifer also arranged for a baby crib which was very helpful. Location is great, easy 5-10min walk to the nearest MRT and shopping area. Even a 30sec walk to Showba (small/quick for getting laundry detergent and such). We had rented a car and we have a scooter. And it was easy to park in the garage downstairs. We've felt safe throughout the stay. I loved that Jennifer came and introduced the apartment and building towards us with all amenities as well as recommendations for nearby places. Unfortunately no swimming pool access in March/April :P Nonetheless, I will never forget this place away from home and I recommend staying at her place! Great communication and definitely worth booking again whenever I go back to see my family there :)
