Kate is a kind and caring host and her Garden Flat is stunning. I felt immediately at home amongst the simple elegance of the decor, the garden view bringing soft day light into the cottage, and the thoughtful amenities insuring a comfortable stay. Kate’s attention to detail has created an exceptional experience for her guests. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. I arrived by train and appreciated the easy walk to Kate’s Garden Flat. The location was great for a first time visitor offering an easy walk into town, as well as, along the harbor and seaside promenade. My time at Kate’s cottage was my best AirB&B experience to date and I look forward to a return visit.

Paul was full of helpful information and very patient with us after a delay in getting to the property. It is located in a beautiful area and is very comfortable as a home base for touring the surroundings. They were great host.

A lovely couple of nights stay in Penzance. Instructions and communication were very good. We ate out (there were lots of very good restaurants and cafes) so we didn't use the kitchen facilities. The tea, coffee and milk provided were welcome after a long trip. The layout of the flat was very good and we loved the artwork. The location was great with the town, train and bus station all walkable.

Lovely peaceful location next to a brook, with beautiful gardens. Great property, squeaky clean throughout, comfy beds, tasteful furnishings, lovely breakfast area/table in the conservatory, table and chairs outside. Could walk to the beach and into Penzance if wanted to, near supermarkets, a pub and excellent road connections to the rest of Cornwall. Host was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Introduced us to her cute chickens! And majestic peacocks roaming free in the village. Only downside - you have to walk through one bedroom from the other one to get to the bathroom/downstairs, so possibly not the best for light sleepers. Would go back in an instant.
