The place is easy to find, right on a main avenue and close to restaurants and other attractions. A bit noisy on the avenue side but very clean and well organized, I appreciate the attention to detail on the decor and specially the awesome communication from Pilar from the very beginning. Security guards are kind too.

We stayed here for six months and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Coyoacan is a magical area and better accommodation than this is hard to find! Balcony, beautiful decor and cute squirrels outside the window! Unbeatable! 🧡

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.
