Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chuo Ward

To foreigners : I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, thr place comes with every amenity you could need. If you’re traveling with a group, don’t hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guest house! 조용한 주택가에 위치해있고 주변에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 시내까지는 차로 5분 정도로 접근성이 좋습니다. 넓고 깨끗하고 식기, 세탁기, 건조기, 욕조 등 이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 주차장도 충분히 넓어서 승합차 주차에 불편함이 없었습니다. 추천합니다.

Great experience in Hokkaido.

This is a clean spacious house. I would definitely recommend this place over a hotel if your group is large or if you are travelling with young children. The house is equipped with washing machine m, clothes drier, iron, cooking utensils, toiletries, hair drier, induction stove, microwave and toaster. There is a 7-11 at a walking distance which is very convenient for breakfast and hot coffee. Please note that this place is a bit far from Sapporo station where many day tours start. This place is good if you are driving. I would recommend adding USB B & USB C charging ports to reduce the dependence on travel adaptors for foreign guests.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

6명 가족이 머물렀으며, 모두 숙소에 만족하였습니다. 호스트는 친절했으며, 요청사항에 빠르게 대답하여 주셨습니다.

Excellent location, close to the station. Room was perfectly clean. Amenities were well equipped.

매우 만족스러웠습니다. 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 일본어를 못해도 영어로 설명해주셔서 편했습니다. 숙소 앞과 근처에 버스 정류장이 있어 시내까지 편하게 오갈 수 있었습니다. 집주인인 마이코 씨 친절함에 더 기분 좋은 여행이었어요! 주변이 조용해서 일행 분들, 혹은 혼자서 평화롭고 조용한 시간을 보내고 싶으신 분들께 추천합니다.😊

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

很不错的房源。房东热情、响应及时；设施完备、干净整洁，适宜一到二人居住；位置非常便利，附近是餐饮激战区，有很多不错的成吉思汗、烧肉、拉面等。如果腿脚不错喜欢city walk的话，步行15分钟内可以到两家tabelog百名店级别的有名汤咖喱餐厅，也可以到达狸小路商店街和二条市场，基本算是能到达除jr札幌站以外的札幌主要商业区。 不过需要指出的是，房源位置虽然方便，但隔壁街区是爱情旅馆集中的街区，对此有介意的朋友可能要稍加考虑（不过安全绝对不是问题）。因为算是闹市区，半夜或者早上可能会有些吵闹噪音，对此敏感的朋友可能也需要考虑一下。 除此之外，都很完美。

Staying here was an excellent choice. We felt at home, safe, and quite comfortable. Very quiet area that has nearby convenience stores and a grocery Nice walkable area. The park nearby with all the cherry trees is gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a great stay. Thanks Emiko

Wir waren zu zweit in chens Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gefallen, Nur die Nächte waren etwas laut aber damit muss man rechnen wenn man in susukino Urlaub macht.

Kodatel in Hokkaido was a fantastic choice! The neighborhood was quiet yet accessible. The place looks a bit old, but it doesn’t affect the comfort at all. Highly recommend for a comfortable and great experience!

위치나 가격적으로 최고의 숙소

房間內如图片一樣，整體感覺不錯，除了客廳那套被子有很大洗不掉油漬殘留有點礙眼，其它還可以，冰箱有簡單調味。 不提供牙刷，不提供洗衣液有點不方便😝

we have definitely enjoyed this parkside apartment, and actually this is the home we'd like to have if we were locals:))
