This is a one-room house located on the 3rd floor of Cheongna Picassoya and a rooftop of 50 pyeong on the 4th floor where only one team can use. Accommodation for up to 12 people (plenty of bedding is available) ■ and barbecue for up to 12 people are available (plenty of bedding are prepared) and barbecue are available for up to 12 people using a large tent for 7 people and a glass temperature room. Use of ping pong table (excluding rain). The basic accommodation fee includes the cost of a barbecue using a griddle (1 casting pan and 1 hot pot), and if you want to use the barbecue grill using charcoal and cloth, up to 7 people will incur a separate fee of 50,000 won (60,000 won for 8 or more) for up to 7 people, and you ●must be able to book in advance and make a deposit after your account, and if you let us know your desired time, we will provide it (available after 6 o'clock). The entire rooftop of 50 pyeong is used by a team alone, and basic seasonings and tools are provided when barbecuing, and you only need to prepare food such as disposable bowls and meat. Weekends are available for groups of 6 or more, and on weekends may have difficulty parking, and it will be generally resolved after 6 o'clock. I will always do my best! Thank you! ❤️

It takes 20 minutes by car from Gapyeong Station. Some people expect inconvenience to be far away. Please take a good look at the location and make a reservation. Nami Island and Jara Island are 20 minutes away.. Morning Calm Garden and Yongpyeong Ski Resort are 1 hour away. Outdoor barbecue is difficult during winter or heavy rain, so you should eat indoors.
