Yurt dwelling is indescribably peaceful. Our property is 150 acres, off an end-state maintenance road, though just a 20 minute drive off interstate 81 or to the quaint town of Floyd, or the VT area. This 24' yurt is beautifully modern with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/ shower, TV and (high speed) wi-fi, and comfortable sleeping and hangout spaces- surrounded by acres of streams, trails and natural beauty. The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

S. Main St. Home in the Trees near VT and Bus Stop

This space is the entire lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance (though a storage area) living room with TV and bathroom. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs separating the two levels. There is a queen size latex mattress bed in the blue room and a full size bed with memory foam topper in smaller room. Optional folding mattress for the floor available upon request. You will have a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.
