The apartment is new and spotless. It has appliances ideal for comfortable and complete cooking. A few minutes' walk from the tourist centre and the BREATHTAKING views. It has a very beautiful balcony to observe the coast, the sea and the city of Lima. Very safe neighborhood with security and very attentive concierge. We used the gym and enjoyed watching series on a huge TV with spectacular sound. The Wi-Fi works fast and efficiently. Saúl was very attentive, he offered us his assistance at all times and the best thing was that he allowed us a super late check out, ideal to adapt to the schedule of our flight. The sheets and bed, impeccable. Thank you Saul! We will return soon to Lima, this wonderful city and even more so with this unforgettable stay.

I enjoyed nearly 2 weeks at Marisela’s place. The host is friendly and hospitable, and the building was very quiet, so I was able to catch up on much needed rest. If the space included a full size stove it would have been perfect. Everything matched the description as well, and you can walk to the beach! Recommended for those visiting the Chorrillos area.

Thankfully surprised by the friendliness of the building staff, friendly and always attentive to give us directions to locomoción supermarkets and nearby walks. Victor is a very correct host and always ready for our questions. We stayed in a great location to walk to the Regatas Club on the beach shore. There is a tunnel through which one crosses the highway and reaches the beautiful and quiet coastline

My stay with Ricardo was a positive one. Good communication and directions before and during the stay. He was generously flexible with an early check in and the building has 24 security to make the check in process very easy. The depto and the building are very well kept and clean with modern, newer fixtures. The building is very well secured at all hours. The zone has more of the flavor of real LatAm and not a tourist area. Everything you need is within walking distance, including access to the beach and I found it to be safe enough even while walking around at night.
