Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Free shuttles from the village to Lake Serre-Ponçon and its water activities 3 km away (summer), Réallon ski resort 20 minutes away (winter).

In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Beautiful new apartment to rent for the holidays, located in Saint-Apollinaire in the Hautes-Alpes (05), 8 km from Lake Serre-Ponçon. Close to the Écrins National Park, the small but very nice ski resort of Réallon, 8 km from Savines-le-lac and Chorges (Shops). This 70 m2 apartment has stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The sunshine in the living room and the kitchen is maximum. Private terrace facing south/southwest.

The accommodation is part of our main residence but is separated by a loggia, which makes it autonomous. It is located at an altitude of 1050 m and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Great choice of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high-altitude lakes.

Je ne souhaite plus accueillir un couple avec enfants ou ados ou plus de deux adultes suite à des débordements... La maison est non fumeur dedans ET dehors, merci.
