Holiday rentals with beach access in Chorefto

Stathis accommodated us after our flights got rescheduled due to Greek transport strikes. He and his partner were very friendly and hosted us right from the airport arrival to us leaving. The apartment had scenic views of the sea and islands. Skiathos has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets for all types of food options. I would recommend Stathis holiday flats to everyone.

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

We have just got back from a fabulous time in Skiathos.. we were there for 9 days and stayed at Depi’s View House.. the house is very elevated, giving you the best view of the harbour.. whilst sat on the gorgeous terrace.. but this also means to reach it there are alot of steps and slopes… we didn’t mind this at all.. but if you are not very mobile it’s not for you! The place is immaculate with patio doors from the main bedroom and the living area.. leading on to the terrace.. it’s very spacious and well equipped, even has a small washer.. we would definitely revisit. Maria is a fabulous host, any questions we had were answered promptly..

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

We spent beautiful days in Paou and felt very welcome from the first minute! The apartment itself is small but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. The house is surrounded by a lot of olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and a there is a scent of roses in the air, which we found very exceptional and beautiful. Right across the front yard, there is the Pagasetic gulf for a good swim. We rented a small motorbike, did our shopping in the cute town of Argalastì (15min), and enjoyed exploring the Aegean coast with its big beaches too(30 min drive). Aikaterini‘s parents also spent some days at the house. They were adorable and inspiring people that want you to feel welcome and comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets whenever we needed them, and they were easy to talk and reach out to. 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Just come back from a weeks stay. Dennis was great and met us from our taxi as the apartment is not accessible by vehicle 2 min walk). Loved the apartment and the balcony at back and front. Loved the location which was 2 min walk to restaurants and 3 min walk to port. Would stay again

we had a great time in Lia apartment the location is just so beautiful and quiet and the beach next to it is a peace of heaven we had great time hanging out and make dinners in the yard outside lia's husband Ares was very friendly and help us along with great recommendations for this around and in volos, he was very responsive and answered lots of our questions to summerize great apartment amazing location and best hosts you can ask thank you

The place was lovely, it really had a vibe of an old Mediterranean costal house. The place is very spacious and comfortable for us as a family of three with a small child. It was also very clean, which is super important to us. I would also highly recommend it for two couples because each would have a comfy bedroom. The place is super near to the sea, local shops and restaurants. There is a local beach which is ok, while two nice small hidden beaches are 5 mins away by car. Marios was super friendly, responsive and polite. We recommend this place.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

Villa Ohlive is tucked away high up on the island. The drive up can be a bit nervy but the view when you get there is incredible. If you have kids that want to party in the old town and catch a taxi back just a reminder it’s around 50euro per trip. The villa is a piece of heaven to escape from the heat and hustle and bustle after a day of sight seeing.

On arrival Dimitrios's father in-law welcomed us to paradise and he was right. The views and proximity to the beach were outstanding. The location was peaceful and calm. The views, and especially sunsets, are sublime. A very 'Greek' restaurant in the village was a short walk away but we generally felt reluctant to travel beyond the flat and beach. This must be one of the dreamiest locations. Nature has gifted Dimitrios generously! The flat itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kittens were an added pleasure.

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

we chose this place to accommodate our family because of our wedding, and we needed a place to stay for 6 people. honestly, we can't find a minimum negative comment to say. only positive. The space is quite large and comfortable with a large living room capable of welcoming several people, with a large sofa and armchairs but also a table with chairs in an open plan area. The kitchen had all the amenities, oven, refrigerator, equipment (all new) and table and balcony to spread clothes. the rooms comfortable, clean with very comfortable mattresses the beds.2 bathrooms that especially one was comfortable for a 5-star hotel. there was as much washer as well as dryer. large balcony on the side of the living room with great lighting. the location was great as it was center and in 2 minutes you were next to everything. only bravo to Mrs. Maria and George for their heat welcome and polite service. great communication so we needed anything. it was worth the money we gave!

We had a great stay at Sammi's apartment. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to find that Sammi had taken care of everything even small details so that we could feel immediately at home. The location is very convenient and close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Axilleus was a fantastic host, communicating everything clearly, which made our stay wonderful. Just steps from one of the most beautiful ports in Greece, the restaurants & shops are very near. Will look Axilleus up again in the summer, when I come to visit Volos for a longer stay.

Very central location and very nice apartment.

Due to a general strike in Athens which delayed our international flight by 24hrs, I was forced to cancel this reservation. The host called me and was very understanding. We had preexisting reservations for the following days so were unable to work out an alternate stay. The host was a pleasure to speak with and I'm sure his place in Volos would have been nice.

The house is very spacious, well equipped, provides all the facilities and very clean. Great location. The communication with the owner has always been direct, friendly, and efficient. It will definitely be our first choice of accommodation the next time we visit Volos.
