Holiday rentals with a patio in Chon Buri

Had an awesome stay near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya! The place was pretty clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, and even the building staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only small downside was that the gym equipment wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation, very friendly and flexible hostess 10/10. Would come again, everything was as clean as indicated and the view from the 22nd floor was also great. Highly recommended 👌

Lovely place and a nice location in a private villa complex, very helpful and accommodating staff and receptionist who are always on hand and very friendly. Iced coffees at reception are delicious and can be ordered to your villa, caramel machiatto in particular was incredible. The villa not only matches the description, it is better than the images and more spacious, you can login to your netflix and watch on TV and there is stable WiFi. The pool is really nice to have a swim and it's the perfect location with which to enjoy and explore Jomtien. We would certainly stay again.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. I really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was very responsive which also lead to a seemless check in. If I were staying longer, I would actually rent the place. I highly recommend thus place, very clean, quiet and everything you need is on the property.

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

I booked Lilys Apartment multiple times already and had always a convenient stay. Very friendly host!
