Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

I really enjoyed the place it’s quiet and peaceful. You’re close to beach and everywhere else. The pool was my favorite part. I would definitely stay again.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. This is second time to rent a villa in the same estate but different Villa. Overall we are happy in the stay of 5 days in this villa. All buddies feel so good. Villa is clean. Bedding is clean. Wooden furniture and Sofa has to be kept maintenance as a bit obsolete. Villa Manager Mew keep contacting me about the villa status. Their staff take rapid action like pool cleaning, tissue refilling, hair dyer changing. We rent car and drive everywhere so it is easy for us. To my view, call grab and go Pattaya Beach walking street or Mermaid Resturant only 20-30 minutes. Convenient indeed. There is a small market food court nearby. A nice French Resturant just right next to the main entrance. Just turn right and u can see it within 10 second. We love it. There is a resturant called Hill Top right before leave the main entrance. Chinese Cusine provide only. May go to top floor have a quick sight seeing the whole Pattaya. Health Land Massage shop only take 10 mins. Easy approa

Village Austria was a splendid location. Very convenient with BigC just 20meters and 7-Eleven 30meters from the doorstep. The pool was wonderful and clean. This venue had better equipped snacks, water, toiletries and a full fledged kitchen and BBQ stove. The host was very responsive with local recommendations and engaged with towel changes and cleaning. We really enjoyed this place especially the restaurant opposite our villa called Anne's Island which had really authentic Jamaican jerk chicken! Thanks to staff Gitar and Keng. 🙏

A top spot for a peace and privacy-loving party. My two families and I were at Sven Erik Villa and everything went smoothly. Nearby, you'll find affordable restaurants and a larger number of services and entertainment is just a 20-60-minute drive from the property.

We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!
