In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

Huge tower on the south part of Pattaya. Easy access but you will need transportation to get to beaches and central part. Beautiful view from the 45th floor

From the moment I walked in, I was absolutely captivated. While there were a few minor details that caught my eye, they were quickly overshadowed by the sheer beauty, spaciousness, and immaculate presentation of the home. The breathtaking views elevated the experience even further—each of the four balconies (if I counted correctly!) offered its own stunning perspective, making every moment a delight. Krit, your attention to detail and commitment to creating such a welcoming space truly shine. I’m already looking forward to booking with you again on my next trip to Thailand. Vastaus tuli aina nopeasti ja samoin palvelu - pienet puutteet, kuten rikkoutunut suihkuvarsi, korjattiin nopeasti. Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Everything mentioned from the host is accurate. Nothing much to complain about. Has multiple restaurants and convenient stores near by. Everything around Bangsaen is a Grab away and usually takes no more than 4 mins for Grab. The only nitpicking would be the shower water strength. At times it can be weak occasionally. Not too much of a big problem. I’d still recommend this place for people visiting Bangsaen.

The owner is responsive and the flat is excatly as described in the description. It's a 5 minute walking distance to pattaya beach and you can easily grab a taxi right outside the apartment. Overall, highly recommend the place.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Ying war eine großartige Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
