Welcome to a spacious cottage in Bostery with 13 beds! The entire house is available for rent on a turnkey basis — exclusively for your company. The pristine beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Inside: 3 separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils, a large TV and, most importantly, 2 separate bathrooms with showers. In the courtyard, you will find a large terrace, a barbecue, a cauldron and a fire pit. The area is closed and guarded, and there is a children's playground and 3 parking spaces. Beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs. No food.

The beach is 600 m away, and the neighbouring "Raduga" guest house (we provide access) is 100 m away. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an outdoor cooking area with a swing, a daybed and a barbecue area. Unlike other boarding houses, we don't have noisy parties next door. The property covers 6 acres of land

The green area has 3 swimming pools, saunas, a spa center, cafes and restaurants, playgrounds, tennis courts. We offer hiking in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, diving, yacht and boat trips. There are swimming pools with hot springs with mineral water 1 km away from the cottage.
