We tried to live not by the sea, but “in the mountains” and did not regret it. Very quiet, cool at night, fresh air and no smells from restaurants. The cabin is very clean and cozy, there is everything you need. The only thing that ruined the rest a little - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. There are a lot of insects. Otherwise everything is great, lots of parking spots, quiet and polite neighbors. Sometimes a rose of winds brings nostalgic smells from a neighboring farm, this adds color. If you don't have a car, this is not your place. But if you are tired of noisy resorts, choose this option!

A great place to stay long or short term. Fast internet, responsive host, best equipped Airbnb I think we've ever stayed in. SunnyBeach in Winter is unique, it's very quiet with almost no one around, which was perfect for what we wanted. Wassko was quick to respond and even helped us check in very late when. Thanks again!

It was a very nice stay. Because it was out of season I even got a sunnier flat, being much appreciated. I randomly asked if I could rent a bike somewhere and next day for a small price they gave me a bike for the whole month. Though - due to health issues - I'm used to ride an electric bike, the bike had such good tires and was light at the same time that sometimes it even felt as an electric one. It really made a big difference for me enjoying the neighborhood with the bike. The place/resort is very peaceful and calm with lots of green in between. It's behind the big road and there is a pedestrian bridge. The only downside for me - having a shoulder/neck issue - was the (ikea) mattress. Both Tatyana and her husband seem very very nice people. I personally liked to hang around at the beach where the boat pond is, where you can take a small boat to Nesebar, an old town worth visiting for it's very unique architecture.
