This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Located at the end of a quarter mile driveway on a 60 acre oasis in the heart of Shelburne, the Barn has ski on ski off access to a groomed private cross country trail network, a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks & Green Mtns and is 100% powered by solar energy. The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you!

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery.
