José David was attentive at all times and was pending any requests. The house is in excellent condition, each room with its air conditioning and showers with hot water. I would definitely come back again.

A special shoutout to Cielo, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel like family during our visit. Her warmth and helpfulness really added a personal touch to our time at Océano Perla Azul. We can't recommend this place enough! Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore Salinas, Océano Perla Azul is the perfect spot. We look forward to returning in the future!

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

Had a great stay! Love the fact that the beach is right across the street!! We will be back!!

Excellent place! Recommended! I would stay a thousand times because of the proximity and the excellent service within the building!

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
