Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Belforti Tower

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

AnticaVista, Luxury Apartment with Tower Views

A hidden gem nestled within the ancient walls of a 14th-century tower house, right in the heart of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This one-of-a-kind apartment is where history meets contemporary elegance. Look out the window and you’ll feel like you can almost touch the medieval towers. The view is breathtaking: unforgettable glimpses of the majestic Torre Grossa, framed by the iconic skyline that earned San Gimignano its nickname, the “Medieval Manhattan.”

Villa with private descent to the sea in Castiglioncello

Independent villa surrounded by lush greenery, with private access to the sea. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

The Podere del Bagnolino is an oasis between the sea and the countryside in Tuscany, nestled in the hills of Santa Luce in the beautiful Colli Pisani. A few kilometers from places like Castiglioncello and Baratti, it offers comfort and relaxation, with easy access to the A12 highway and Pisa airport. The property has 5 apartments, including the Arco, characterized by double volume and large arches, with outdoor spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and relaxation areas.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
