Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chinon

The accommodation is very well placed to visit the castle of Ussé and close to the Abbey of Fontevraud and Chinon. A small convenience store is close by. Parking too. We enjoyed everything and we'll be back with pleasure.

We had a great stay in Marçay. Close to many villages and castles to visit. The accommodation was very nice for us and our 2-year-old son. Claude-Marie is very welcoming

Accommodation in accordance with the description with a reasonable price, a super-equipped kitchen and even if the bathroom is not very large, we knew it and were not bothered. I recommend it for the quiet, the 2 bedrooms and lots of utensils, it's rare, thank you again Delphine, we were delighted

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

Excellent stay, well located accommodation in a quiet environment and close to amenities. The chateau is a 5-minute walk away. Very caring and attentive host. We will not hesitate to stay there again. Accommodation to recommend.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

We had a great stay at Geoffrey and Aurélie's place. It is a real little corner of relaxation in the heart of the greenery, where calm reigns supreme – no annoying noise, just nature. The surrounding area is full of activities and visits, all easily accessible by car from the accommodation. But beyond the outings, it is also a place where you feel good, perfectly designed so that you have nothing to manage. Everything is functional, well organised and invites you to rest. The jacuzzi is a real gem. Intimate, beautifully integrated into the space, it brings a touch of relaxation that completely transforms the experience. It's not just a simple 'plus', it's a real asset that makes all the difference. The accommodation itself is worth a visit: decorated with great taste, combining exposed beams, raw wood, warm fabrics and harmonies of soothing colours. It's beautiful, it's cosy, it's relaxing. In short, a place to recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Apartment was very spacious with lovely decor. Real treat to have the balcony and views over the Loire. Sarah was very welcoming and had provided basic food stuffs such as milk and coffee, etc. She was very informative about the area and things to do. The apartment was in the centre of the city and close to attractions and restaurants. As we arrived by train we found public transport was not very frequent when we wanted to travel out of city. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old quarter of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic centre of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.
