We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Karine is a perfect host. Communication was simple. She gave us good addresses and answered our questions quickly and kindly. The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the Lake. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. One regret, the exteriors that are not actually usable. The balcony is a little small and we don't fit 4. The outdoor table is common to the other apartment and you have to go down and out of the apartment to use it.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, very bright and very clean. This is our 2nd stay at Justine's and we really appreciate the proximity to the lake, the bike path and Annecy. Close-by shops and restaurants. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

Home with beautiful lake and mountain views. Clean with everything you need. Small downside to access it with suitcases and our belongings, the parking space is not very close. Aude is very responsive to messages.

Great stay at Natacha's who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and well-insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the adapted bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, consider installing a bed downstairs. ;)

A real atypical and charming little cocoon. Everything is decorated with taste and care. Careful touches that make the difference, the preheated Nordic bath, bed linen with a good smell of clean, same for towels, a bottle of a sparkling wine, the basic kit. A few small downsides; the barbecue was unfortunately unusable because not cleaned at all. The floors hadn't been scrubbed by previous tenants. The memory mattress in the master bedroom makes it impossible to sleep without pain. We had to clean the table tennis table and the foosball completely covered in plaster dust. It should be noted that the only heating on the ground floor is thanks to the stove so it is a real logistics to be expected and the mornings were very cool. For even more comfort for families, maybe add a small gate at the stairs for the safety of children and pets. Ventilation for the bathroom.

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had a great time in a magical setting, the terrace and its view are as good as the photos, if not better... Marjorie and her daughter are very welcoming, smiling and care about our well-being! Our dog Liquorice loved the grounds to explore with the kids! Thank you for this stay. ☺️

A really nice place with a wonderful view over the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the lake for swimming and water activities. Walking distance til supermarked. A lot of activity on the cycling/walk pathway just outside the house.

A perfectly located accommodation by the lake, 15 minutes from the train station. Shops and restaurants nearby (mall right next door) The perfect place to spend some time on the shores of Lake Annecy!

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

The accommodation matched the listing perfectly, clean and in a good location. No complaints about the experience itself. On the other hand, communication could be a little warmer and more adapted, as some responses were a little surprising. Too bad, because otherwise everything was perfect.
