An excellent place, very nice and with a decor that brings a lot of nostalgia. Everything is very tidy and clean, apart from the place it is very quiet and private, it has a very nice patio. Regarding the host, communication was very fast and with clear directions, I also booked at a short time and at 2 hours I was already in the place without problems. I will be back soon.

Nice apartment, very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet sector and close to several places of interest in Valparaiso. Also, don Eduardo was very nice and attentive during our visit.

Everything is good, the place is very comfortable, central and pleasant. I arrived by car to drop off my luggage, I struggled to get into the visitor parking lot, but asking at concierge they told me how to do it, so I was able to unload my things, and no problems.

Luxury building and apartment, very close to the beach and in a central area. The owner was attentive and welcomed us in pristine condition.

I stayed here for a month and loved it so much I extended for another week—and I’m actually writing this review during my second stay! The Jacuzzi was a standout feature—such a luxury to have and absolutely amazing to use. The apartment was cleaned twice a week, which kept everything feeling fresh and comfortable. Philip made the check-in process seamless. He’s incredibly kind and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The location is unbeatable—right near Goyenechea Road, which is one of the best spots in Barrio El Golf. Super walkable, safe, and close to everything. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (a must for remote work), the bed is super comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need for cooking and living well. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Santiago. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The space of Constanza is exactly as in the photos — cozy, clean and well located. She was an attentive host from the first contact, always willing to help and very kind at all times. I felt super welcome and comfortable throughout the stay. A spotless, well located place with easy access to metro stations, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy and a whole lot of entertainment and shopping around. A pleasant, safe and quiet place; with all the necessary amenities. Close to places to have lunch, eat, or go for a drink. Juliana is attentive to our inquiries and very nice. I recommend this place. It's really for relaxing and having a good time.

Christian’s place was awesome - clean, comfortable and stylish with everything we needed. The location is amazing - literally steps away from Santa Lucia hill where you can take a nice stroll and convenient to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely happy with the place offered, from the beginning Vicente (Co-Host) responded proactively and very cordially. The apartment is beautiful, independent, friendly, furniture and all spotless. It was 100% recommended and I will definitely enjoy this beautiful place again. Something magical and as a great added value is the environment, The mythical Yungay Barrio, full of beautiful places to know and enjoy, especially if you are a lover of architecture, you will be surprised!

Carmen's stay is Hermoso, the view is spectacular, the jacuzzi , the surroundings. We were at the Monticello casino, there is app 40 min away but the road is nice , close to the lodging there are restaurants , brewery. Perfect for a tearing up with the couple . Pd: It is an enclosed condominium and we saw many rabbits and a skunk on the road very nice . Thank you Carmen .

We stayed in the apartment for 5 months. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy bedrooms, and the living room and patio were spacious. During our stay, Francisco and Patricia were always very friendly, responding quickly and attentively whenever we needed anything. The location is really well connected to the rest of the city, with lots of bus stops and a large supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. We always felt safe in the neighbourhood and even got to know some very nice neighbours. This apartment really felt like a second home and we would definitely recommend it to any group of 3 staying for a longer period of time.
