We renovated a house and finished the interior to make it a modern home.It can accommodate up to 8 people.This is a family-friendly facility with all privacy.The air conditioning is one on the second floor.The building is 72 m2. There are 2 rooms, Western and Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor.The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people.There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If there is a request for distribution, we will comply with it.If not, the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor is preferred. On the first floor, there is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom. One car parking is free.It is small, so large cars are not. There is free pocket WiFi. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities and towels and dryers are prepared for normal living.Please check the inside of the room on the image or Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all about 3-7 minutes on foot.It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

Welcome to Kodama House! Please relax in the spacious and calm room. [Available in Japanese and English] 5 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, famous for its sightseeing spot! You are renting the entire property. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles in the covered parking lot. You can park an additional car next to the building. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot after crossing the hill. There is a convenience store (mini-stop) within walking distance. The living room floor is made of natural wood (chestnut), which has a nice atmosphere and feel. You can also gather together in the spacious living room. BBQ is also available on the wooden deck (+ 2,500 yen) BBQ grill is available for rent. Please bring your own charcoal, meat, vegetables, etc. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and a bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays.
