Beachfront holiday rental in Chiclana de la Frontera

We had an amazing stay. The place was as announced and Ana is a great host. We enjoyed everyday and even got freshly made bread from Ana’s husband, which was just delicious. Thanks also to Manu for the warm welcome and friendly check in. We look forward to come again :)

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Enchanted with the house and Isabel. She was attentive at all times and at home there was no lack of detail the location speaks on its own.

The house was clean and tidy with quite a few amenities. The quiet area, we were looking to disconnect and be close to the beach to see the sea. The restaurants in the area were of good quality. It is also close to several villages if you want to get to know them. The spacious and clean beach. Alba responds quickly, is attentive and gives you recommendations from nearby sites. Thank you so much. I'll keep it for another time.

We loved our stay at Christoph's place. Everything worked. Spotlessly clean all over, comfortable beds, great showers with plenty of hot and powerful water. Lovely pool. Good condition and working mosquito nets on all of the windows . The kitchen is extremely well equipped though small .. hard for more than one person to work there at a time but it had every piece of equipment you could need including condiments. The outdoor space for us was the piece de resistance we used all of it.. depending on whether we wanted sun or shade.. there was a place and seating and we always ate outside. There was an awning and an umbrella which makes things very comfortable if you don't like direct sunlight. The location really suited us.. so peaceful and yet only ten minutes walk from beach and promenade and nice coffee shops . The local shop meant we had fresh bread every day. Heike was so helpful and clear in her instructions and advice and while available was very respectful of our privacy.

very good location, close to the beach and bars. Regarding cleanliness, everything was very good. They leave you many essential details in the house to spend the days. Parking before June 10 is free. The only "bad" thing to say is that the pool opens at the end of June and that is a small problem on the days when it is very windy and you cannot go to the beach! Otherwise everything is great!! ☺️

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

The apartment was super suitable for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also the direct access to the garden was perfect! Everything was clean and communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool won't open until June, so we couldn't use it. But the access to the sea was perfect to reach in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We were DELIGHTED with this accommodation. It's much better than the photos, a dream house, with spectacular views. All the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garden are impeccable and with everything you may need and more. The entertainment area is a 10: do exercises or sing karaoke and watch movies! Carmen is attentive to all the details, with impressive kindness, local recommendations and made us feel at home. We will surely repeat soon!!

The place was great, close to restaurants and with an amazing view. Only problem was the garage, they did warn me before arriving that it only fits a small car, but I only have one car so I had to go with it and finally pay for parking in a garage nearby. They could improve the listing by having photos of the narrow street and the garage elevator, and some measurements. Otherwise we loved this place, clean and cozy, great location.

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

A little house just like home, down to the last detail, for families with small children, it's wonderfully ideal because they are not at risk, with a raised kitchen counter, a stool in the bathroom, the patio with high walls and at night you can dine with your partner quietly while you watch them sleep through the window!!!! The patio is even better in person, it's across the street from the beach, the view, and supermarkets nearby and at a good price, full kitchenware. I hope it will be useful for those couples who want a little shelter and privacy! or talk to go alone or as a couple and take long walks on the great beach. Paola is wonderful and above all efficient, empathetic, and quick and concrete, which many people often lack. without further ado and without a doubt we will return!!!! Thanks Paola!

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

We enjoyed it very much! The place was exactly as described, there was nothing negative. We will be happy to come back!
