Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chiba

Small rooms but pretty much what you'd expect from Tokyo. It had pretty much everything you'd need and was clean so perfect for me and was a significantly lower price than other hotels I looked at.

5 Stars! Exceeded Expectations This stay was truly fantastic! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, surpassing all my expectations. The bedding was soft, the soundproofing was excellent, and I slept soundly every night. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to checkout. The location couldn’t be better—surrounded by great dining options, convenient transportation, and even a few hidden gems nearby. Amazing value for money, with thoughtful details everywhere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We had a great stay here. The flat was very clean, had enough space for our suitcases, and the beds were cozy. The location is well connected and there are several train lines and other lovely sights to see within walking distance. We really appreciated our host’s helpful recommendations and check-in/out guides! :)

We stayed 10 days in Section L Kuramae. We are family of 3 and we did not encounter any problems at all. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. We got everything we need from Kitchen Utensils, Microwave, Refrigerator, Electric Kettle, Induction Stove, Washing Machine, Iron, Heater, Towels, Bathtub & Automatic Toilet Bowl (which we really love btw) we used all the appliances and they worked perfectly well! If there's something you don't understand you may ask for assistance. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. Very near in Kuramae Station & Asakusa Station. There's a lot of nearby convenience stores, groceries, restaurants and souvenir shops. We always use Google Maps for better navigation. We truly enjoyed our stay here and YES!! we will definitely comeback again here in our next Tokyo Vacation. Highly Recommended!

Lugar con estetica única, confortable en todos los sentidos, la luz por la tarde lo hace lucir encantador, a 25 min aprox del aeropuerto de Narita, muy buena opción para amanecer cerca del mismo.

Yasu’s place is very clean and convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and the area is very walkable. The balcony is great on nice mornings/evenings.

This was an amazing property located in a beautiful surrounding . We had a great stay at this place. To top it, the host was super helpful. Very prompt in answering our queries. Staff was so helpful that they even came forward to pick up our luggage. House had everything required. Tokyo being expensive place, size of houses are not big. But this apartment had everything which we need to have a good and relax stay. Thank you again. Appreciate all the help

La maison est parfaite!! Bien équipée, située dans un quartier agréable, à 2 pas d'une station de train . Elle est plus spacieuse que je ne l'aurais imaginée. Takashi est un super hôte, amical et très réactif, et les instructions pour accéder au logement sont vraiment très bien faites! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement et nous le conseillons aux voyageurs !!

We stayed here to be closer to haneda airport for an early morning flight. It is accessible and a great location. The airbnb met all our expectations and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It was a pity that I had only one night stay at Yoshi-san's beautiful house. It was well stocked of all essential items and very welcoming. It was close to the metro station as well.

Wonderful hosts! I cannot say that enough. We were picked up and dropped off at the station coming from Narita. The house is just as you see in the photos and everything is well taken care of. Whenever we had concerns or questions, there we had a response. For a big trip internationally, the recommendations were well received and the hosts helped us with travel and figuring out where to get on the train and how to get around. Facilities inside were great. Air conditioning with fans. Washer was available to use. Just a notice for potential lookers. I guess you could say we were in the 'suburbs' of Tokyo. Travel is a little longer than usual by train but we adapted well and planned around that. There are stairs up to the main floor. A little narrow, so if you are okay with that, then this is a great place to stay. Just make sure you follow house rules and you will have a great time. I have no real negatives to say.

チェックインの仕方も分かりやすく説明があったので、すんなりチェックイン出来ました。 広さに満足で、のんびりと過ごす事が出来ました。 駐車場がある事が助かりました。

We had a great time staying at Adrien & Shinobu's house! They warmly greeted us when we checked in and went over everything about the space. The house is very well-kept and clean and located in a great area of Tokyo. It is also a very large space with 4 total floors. There are lots of shops and stores nearby and our Uber drivers were easily able to pick us up when we travelled elsewhere. We would certainly stay there again if we ever travel back to Tokyo.

O local é exatamente como as fotos, limpo, organizado e perfeito para 2 ou 3 pessoas, como era o nosso caso. O check-in e o checkout foram fáceis. O local dispunha de toalhas, shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, escova de dentes, máquina de lavar roupas, secador de cabelos e várias outras comodidades que foram muitos úteis em nossa estadia. Eles possuem um manual com explicação detalhada de uso de todos os itens presentes na casa e isso também foi muito útil. Esse manual é enviado junto com as instruções de check-in. O apartamento fica a 10 minutos de uma estação de metrô e a 5 minutos de 2 lojas 7 Eleven. Todas as minhas dúvidas foram respondidas rapidamente e eles foram muito gentis em permitir que fizéssemos um checkout tardio, pois meu pai não estava se sentindo bem. A única observação para quem for alugar é que o local não possui elevador. Para nós, isso não foi um problema, mas para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção isso pode ser um dificultador. Recomendo muito a acomodação.

Great location, place was clean. There are two humidifiers, turn them on as it’s a quite humid place. Our clothes were very moist.

숙소의 위치가 우에노 역과 우에노 마루노우치 역과 가까워서 이동하는데 좋았습니다. 근처에 맛있는 집들도 많아서 식사를 하기에도 좋았어요. 집 전체의 컨디션이 매우 좋았으며, 침대와 욕실 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 도쿄의 특성상 새벽에 해가 매우 일찍 뜨는데 5시만 넘으면 방 전체가 환해져서 새벽에 일찍 일어 날 수 밖에 없었던 점은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 암막 커튼이 있으면 좋을것 같아요 :)

A cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two subway stations nearby so commuting was a breeze. The apartment was exactly as described. The washroom was clean and efficient and having two toilet seats really helped, though fitting into the smaller toilet needed some gymnastics. Though portrayed as two bedrooms, it’s impossible to fit the second bed in the kitchen cum dining area. If there are three of you then everyone has to sleep in the same room. There were small niggles like bedside lamp not working and a bedside table drawer coming off. Easily checked sorted before guests arrive. The balcony definitely needs scrubbing. Overall a nice, pleasant and peaceful stay. Mathew is doing a great job. This place is highly recommended.
