Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. "The Garden Villa Kujukuri" You can rent the entire 200 m² resort villa near the sea. With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed (large dogs can be accommodated upon request), it is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, and your beloved pets. It is in a great location 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a 1-minute walk to a convenience store, and it is popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and an open-air bath (with a water bath available) while looking out over the palm trees and the large garden. There is also a covered BBQ area and a fire pit on the wooden deck. In addition, the entire garden is fenced and can also be used as a spacious private dog run of about 500 m². Indoors, there is table tennis in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch unlimited Netflix on the large TV in the living room. The kitchen and dining area on the ground floor are popular because they are close to the BBQ area and make it easy for large groups to enjoy cooking and dining. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children.
