Monthly Rentals in Chiayi City

excellent stay (we stayed for one week). the place was extremely clean, well lit, and had everything we needed (many extra towels, drinks in fridge, etc). the host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. I'd want to stay here again! the street is quiet and safe. there are many restaurants nearby (within 5 to 15 minute walk). she also recommended local things to do and a great driver for us. I am so grateful for her good recommendations in Chiayi.

We stayed 3 nights here while in Chiayi and the place is absolutely cute and peaceful. Not super soundproof but it’s ok because it’s in a quiet street (no cars). The location is great and the host is super reactive, smily and helpful ! Definitely a place I’ll come back to !

As a basic monthly accommodation, Robert's place was quiet and convenient. It's also super helpful to have an available kitchen. The bedroom was spacious, the water pressure and heat were solid. What you'll find is a living room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, both rented independently. The location is near a 7-11 and not far from a larger intersection with breakfast shops and a park. There's also a youbike station just around the corner. Overall, it's not luxury but it what I needed, something quiet and simple. Above all, I found Robert to be super responsive to any questions or concerns; a genuinely attentive host. Thanks Robert!

We had a wonderful time at this charming minsu in Chiayi. The location is convenient and perfect for exploring with the night market within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Emily was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great local tips, making sure we were prepared for the weather with umbrella and raincoats. I’d highly recommend this place for its comfort, convenience and a super star host.
