Alessandra was a great host! You’ll be greeted by the two cats that live on the property. Property is located in the peaceful country side of Figline e Incisa. It’s a 45 minute drive to Arezzo and 1.5 hr to Siena, Montepulciano, and San Gimignano. I would recommend this place to anyone who values a relaxing holiday paired with a kind host.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We loved staying here! It’s in a great location and the outdoor terrace is awesome! We would definitely stay here again! The host is very accommodating.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Very nice place for vacation. Beautiful views of the olive groves. A very good bottle of wine from Linda's vineyard was offered to us upon arrival. I recommend

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a fully furnished and absolutely clean kitchen and air conditioning in both bedrooms. House is a private with a beautiful, small private garden. The location is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and feels completely safe.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and a great location. You will not be disappointed with this place. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

Maurizio and Sabrina were excellent hosts who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. They greeted us upon our check in to the place, providing us with everything we could need and more to fully relax as well as maximise our time in Florence, even providing a green binder of local recommendations/interest points among other items. The property itself was extremely well kept and cosy, while the surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with the city centre a mere 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride. All in all, this was a great stay and find on AirBnB and we would highly recommend it to any looking to stay in Firenze.

Great place, even more beautiful than in the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully situated with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley is easily accessible by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with ferries for activities on site. Unfortunately the weather was not so good in early May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Luca’s condo! It was our first time in Florence and can’t imagine a better location. Stayed with wife and high school daughter while visiting son studying abroad from US. It was even better than expected, right in the middle of the plaza with a lot of activity. Walk out the front door and surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants within a few feet. And a short walk to everything in and around Florence. Quick taxi from airport so no need to have a car. The condo is very spacious. With 2 levels, the second floor provided privacy for the second bedroom. The highlights were the 2 balconys! One off the kitchen and one rooftop balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the roof top balcony was our daily routine and just amazing. Luca is incredibly nice and responsive. This is the only place I would consider staying in Florence if we go back. Thank you for our most memorable family vacation!

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly.
