From the balconies, you can admire a splendid panoramic view of the mountains and relax after a day spent exploring the trails, villages and flavours of the area, immersed in the slow and authentic rhythm of life in the valley.

Relax in this beautiful, spacious house where every detail has been carefully considered. It is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort and privacy. The house offers two cosy bedrooms, a main bathroom with two toilets, and a guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, bright living room. The real highlight is the private indoor pool, perfect in every season. The property is completed by a large terrace and private parking spaces.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

On the road to Col Agnel, the chalet appears. On one level. Discreet. Almost secret. Facing the mountains, lulled by the crystalline murmur of the Aigue Agnelle, it seems to have always been there. As if it were simply waiting for you to arrive. Time here naturally slows down. You open the door and enter an enveloping atmosphere. The old wood tells stories, the stone retains the coolness of the mountain, and the light gently enters through the large openings.

Cupid's kingdom is a cottage for couples in Borgata Riosecco-La Tano dei Sarvanot, 2 km from Pradleves. On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen where you will find everything you need for breakfast and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the valley. Via del Campo is the name we have given to our house: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.
