Chevroux is a popular resort in the canton of Vaud in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with a campsite and around 100 weekend and holiday cottages near the lake. It has a sports marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.

We built it for us with heart, this little house. It is close to our dwelling house, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.

In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the vacation home has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds) and a spacious living room. The property is ideal for 4 people. Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps. The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes. In short, great location.
