The property is located in the countryside at the entrance to the village of Sauvigny-Les-Bois. We are 5 minutes from Prye Castle, 10 minutes from Nevers (8 km) and 15 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours F1 circuit. The 35 m2 house is independent, it is located next to our house ON THE SAME PROPERTY. You have a terrace in front of the accommodation overlooking the common exterior. We leave access to our garden (common so shared with us) and the pool (in summer; above ground unheated)

You will also have a large garage and a terrace with barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided. 20 minutes from Nevers (A77).
