In this typical and authentic Savoyard house, you have a 140 m 2 apartment on the ground floor + 1. It is very well equipped and the volumes are comfortable and bright. Private garden with furniture, plancha, BBQ Bike room. Access to the accommodation is independent of the ground floor, however, in case of additional need for space and beds, it is possible to add up to 3 bedrooms by reserving all or part of the ground floor.
