Great location 2 mins from pebble beach! House was well stocked with everything we needed master bath sauna worked perfectly!! Quiet neighborhood on a clear night you can hear the waves crashing! The house is clean and well maintained. Had a great stay at the local’s place! Would stay again next time we go to crescent city!

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we’re already planning our next trip! Our pups are such a fan of the fenced backyard. Also such a great location to go on runs, walk to the beach or get downtown for dinner! Thanks again for hosting us. :)

We had a lovely stay here. It was a prefect pet friendly place. We were comfortable and able to stretch out.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach and ocean, with a covered outdoor space that is wonderful for watching nature in action. Bring binoculars to look for whales. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and kitchen tools, and the house has an extensive collection of vinyl records. Overall a very comfortable place to hang out for a while and take in the sea and air.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to downtown, shops, groceries, and an easy walk to Harris Beach. There were also lots of beautiful trails and stunning viewpoints nearby. The home itself was even better than expected. The ocean views from nearly every room were incredible. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, grilling on the ocean-facing deck, and enjoyed the pool table. There was also a poker table and various card and board games. TVs and Alexa devices were great bonuses. I particularly loved the stylish mid-century modern decor with tasteful Asian accents. It's clear the owner put a lot of care into preserving the charm of this 1940’s home, balancing sustainability and comfort beautifully. A big thanks to the hosts for making our stay so memorable. We wish we could've stayed longer and definitely hope to return. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway!

We had a memorable stay. The house is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is especially exceptional. From first aid to spices from all over the world, it is one of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced. The beds were very comfortable and appreciate the little touches. The view was amazing and the pictures don’t do justice. Loved the fact that you can see the ocean from all the rooms upstairs and loved the skylight in two of the bathrooms. We made some memorable memories, and Holly was very responsive, even when we had an emergency after hours. Would highly recommend staying here.

Extremely comfortable and well designed spaces with a great view of the distant pier and beach. Private location and amazingly quiet considering proximity to 101. Great place to stay to unwind and connect with another couple who met us there. Will look for an excuse to go back.

This was above expectations when we arrived. Home is tucked away in the woods with the beautiful waters of Smith River flowing behind. No access to the river from the residence, but there is access in the area. Home was very clean, and beds were cozy. Highly recommend.

Loved the property and the cabin!

Just the trip our family needed. The treehouse was warm and dry during a thunder storm and the property was a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. Water access was wonderful and it’s a quick trip into town for everything you need. Travis was helpful with local recommendations and kind enough to give us extra towels and lanterns when we needed them. If you’re looking for a hotel or resort experience, this isn’t it. But it’s so much better. Camping in a treehouse on an organic farm with creek access and Mountain Views. The private outdoor shower was such a grounding and exceptional amenity. Our whole family is looking forward to the next trip.

Beautiful place to stay! The amazing sandy beach is just 3min walk away, or the mouth of the river just 2min walk. And, the big backyard is just perfect for kids and pets! Of course the pool was a big hit with our kids! Great location to discover the beautiful nature around, while feeling like you are glamping at a great place. Really recommend!

Experience was awesome! We loved the swimming hole and how beautiful and peaceful the area was!

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary and it was exceptional to say the least. Beautiful land, our cottage looked out towards the alpaca sanctuary. Friendly free-range chickens came to pay us a visit while we cooked our dinner on their very clean barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary s’mores bar and fresh eggs for breakfast! Also, I was able to bring my cat, who accompanies us on our adventures but unfortunately isn’t welcomed at all of the places we try to stay at. Over all, very accommodating, private, and beautiful. The perfect getaway spot! Highly recommend!

We feel blessed to have been able to experience this home. It was one of the most beautiful experiences we've ever had in our lives. If you're on the fence about renting here don't be, it's worth every penny and the experience of a lifetime. It's truly a one of a kind property, and its more than just the pool area. The cumulative effect of relaxing features and beautiful design throughout the property just keeps giving. We sincerely hope to revisit. Thanks Bonnie and Jason!!! Great place, clean and as expected. Cute farm! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cabin nearby to Crescent City, and in the back of the neighborhood, but you feel like you're in the middle of a redwood forest. About 10 mins from closest trailhead to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park (Simpson-Reed Trailhead) and ~25 mins from the ones further in (Stout Grove and Boyscout Tree trail). Other trails and activities about 10-15 mins away, including beaches, grocery store, etc. Fully stocked kitchen - small fridge, oven, stove, dishware, etc. Stairs are a bit tricky inside (narrow/steep), bed upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Would recommend if you're planning to visit the nearby redwoods.

We enjoyed our stay at the Starfish Cottage very much. The cottage was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. The beds were comfortable after a long day on the beach as was the hot tub on the balcony. We spent more time on that balcony enjoying the view than probably the beach itself! Sherri was a wonderful host. Communicated with us every step of the way and gave some great restaurant recommendations. Our family will definitely return.

This place is Great to get away from it all. No cell service was a blessing. The main cabin is awesome with the ability to cook. The cast iron skillets were an A+ in my book. The ability to keep food in a fridge was great. And if you decide to watch a movie, there is a great selection. The stand alone bedroom was Awesome. It stayed cool so we were able to go to bed without being hot. No a Hot shower to top it all off. Great shower room. A very peaceful place. Fawn was very explanatory in how to get to the cabin. This place was absolutely what we needed for a relaxing stay. We had an incredible view, walkable to the beach and to a couple restaurants. Surprisingly, right next to us was the Port Orford Sustainable Seafood market (limited days open) where you can have them make you a hot dish to take back to the rental or have fresh fish cut for you to cook up yourself with the cooking gear provided by this Airbnb (might need to buy some more spices, but olive oil, salt and pepper were provided). This was such a nice bonus. Even if that place isn’t open the local restaurant Redfish and Crazy Norwegian was right by us. When low tide occurred the tide pools were a major highlight for us since we didn’t need to drive to any place specific. The place was immaculately clean and a comfortable king bed. We would definitely come back in the future. Everything described online was shown exactly the same way in person. Book this place.

Dee Ann’s place was absolutely beautiful. Super peaceful neighborhood with walkable coffee and breakfast options. The suite was the right size for the 2 of us. The king bed was really comfortable and soft, definitely one of my favorite parts. The jacuzzi was so nice and we used it every night. The backyard as a whole was a great spot to start the mornings and hang in the evenings. And Dee Ann and Geoff were really nice and helpful

Wow, Dana’s place is right on the beach! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay to explore the nearby peaceful California redwoods and beautiful southern Oregon coast. The electric fireplace added warmth and ambiance. The view from the deck with the hot tub is stellar!
