Where do I start! This property was a Fantastic gateway and the price we paid was totally worth it. The property was clean and faultless. The swimming pool and hot tub was an added bonus and the garden outside makes it seem like you are in another country. I will definitely recommend this property and it is worth every penny and I will definitely return again. The hosts were responsive and any issues I had was dealt with swiftly. We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Ema was a great host, super responsive and friendly. The house is absolutely beautiful, large kitchen dinner and large living area, great for a group get away. Plenty of bathroom for 8 people so no queues! The surrounding area and views are absolutely stunning

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Spent a lovely few days, we had planned to go out and about but we the grounds were so lovely we didn't need to. Lara was always available if we needed but we were left to ourselves to relax and enjoy the cottage and grounds. My kids want to go back already!

Absolutely perfect place for my family to stay while we brought our son home for the first time! Phil and Andrea were so responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was perfect with necessities nearby and a lovely walk into the centre of Cambridge. Can’t recommend enough!

My husband and I stayed for two nights at Clare's fabulous property. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Such friendly and welcoming hosts (including Milo)! The property itself is gorgeous, it's down a quiet lane and within walking distance of the many pubs/restaurants, the Orchard Tea rooms, the church and the river. We spent a lovely few days exploring the local area. The riverside walks were so peaceful, yet you're in central Cambridge within a two mile walk by the waterway. Clare was very helpful with local recommendations and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It's a five stars from us!

had a lovely stay and was walkable distance from Cambridge - about 30 minutes from the town centre with a very beautiful walk along the river. The place was super tidy and had everything which was required to enjoy our stay!Would definitely stay there again !!

Great place to stay, especially for families. Lots of space and great backyard. Everything you could want seemed to be here. The communication with Alessa and Pedro was outstanding, never had it better at any other Air B&B.

We had a great stay! Check-in was simple & the house was easy to find. We had two cars and found there to be plenty of parking on nearby roads. Perfect location to hop on the park & ride and get about Cambridge easily, and the addition of a house cat was just a delight. Thanks!

It was the best AirBnb I have stayed to far. We came to attend a graduation ceremony at Cambridge and 6 of us had a very comfortable stay. Well stocked items, Iron, Lost of fresh towels, Lovely coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods and tea. Netflix at the Tv came free, I can’t recommend enough.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you needed and easy to access cambridge from there. Jane was also very helpful and a friendly face, would stay here again

This house is wonderful for a family gathering ( from Australia) it has plenty of spaces to avoid each other plus communal sun room and big kitchen The location is magic with access to all the sites. We used bikes and at no stage wish to hire a car . Could of stayed a fortnight

We had a great stay at Max's house, which had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Perfect location for exploring the city, with really comfortable beds for a good night's sleep afterwards. One double bedroom at the front with a twin room at the top of the stairs, which has to be walked through to get to the the only bathroom, this was fine for us and wouldn't put me off booking again, but is something to consider if you need/want more privacy. There is a bus stop (Thrifts Walk) just 2 minutes walk down the road, where you can catch a bus into the city (10-15 minute journey). Or a few minutes walk around the back of the street brings you to the river for a riverside walk or to picnic in the park over the bridge. There is a Tesco next door ... perfect for the last minute bottle of wine on your way home 🤪 Max responds quickly to questions and is really helpful. All in all I would highly recommend Max's. 😊

The property was tidy and a perfect fit for three adults. Plenty of linens and pillows were provided, which was much appreciated. Laura, the property manager, and Adrian, the landlord, were extremely responsive and helpful when Virgin Media had an unexpected hiccup with the internet service to the property. The issue was sorted out in a timely manner, and several backup WiFi options were offered in case Virgin couldn't resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Angeline’s house. The place looks exactly as described and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood but close to the center with many things to do nearby. Angeline is an excellent host! We will be missing Cambridge!

Great little Home. lived in home so everything is set up and waiting. clean and great local bargin. thanks to him and next time we stay we will definitely be on the lookout for here again.
