This location is definitely understated from the photos. We absolutely loved our stay & if in the area again, we would want to stay here again. Absolutely stunning surroundings & beautiful apartment. We were almost sad to leave!

Absolutely beautiful home and property! We had such a fantastic time during our family vacation here. The pond was a huge hit, and we loved using the paddle boat and kayak – so much fun! Spending time on the covered patio was also incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Anne and Chris were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating and responsive to everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for our family getaway and we highly recommend it!

This was our second year staying at Rachel's place for our annual girls trip! The house is so beautiful and immaculate. Scenery out of the back of the house is so peaceful and breathtaking sunsets. Pool area is so relaxing but the water was too cold for us to go swimming this time of year. We did take advantage of lounging by the pool and it was so nice! Rachel provides everything you need to enjoy the pool area. Rachel communicates well and is so accommodating with everything. We absolutely loved staying at Rachel's house again this year. It's close to all the attractions. Thank you again Rachel for another great year!

Love visiting the Ronks area. The house was just as described, very neat, clean, with great vistas. Only recommendation I might make would be to install a folding door in the entrance to the main bath. We WILL stay here again!! Tonya was not only extremely proactive she also made sure that we were able to contact her. We very much enjoyed our stay, we WILL be back!

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy house, the yard, and especially sitting in the gazebo in the evening. Watching the farmer with his beautiful team of horses was a treat too. There are several local markets close by. We loved September Farm Market and ended up getting a pizza there to take to the house and cook. It was delicious! The Amish farm market on Rt. 10 had nice produce and staple options and was less than 10 minutes away. During our trip we visited Longwood Gardens, 45 minutes away- traveled all on back roads with beautiful countryside. There is SO much to do in the area! We wish that we could have stayed longer but we hope to come back again!! Thanks Joni for a very special stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip — spotless, peaceful, and in a great location. The style and special touches made it feel like home. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and appliances we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard swing set, evenings on the rocking chairs and nights on the back deck. The layout was even more spacious than photos seemed which allowed us to enjoy company all together in the kitchen and living room areas. Bedrooms were cozy and sound machines were provided in each one. The kids especially loved the toys provided, they had all their "favorites" and were excited to have space to play. The host was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing getaway with picturesque views.

Cayla was an absolutely amazing host and everything was just as described and she was so super helpful. Everything was immaculate and the surrounding areas so beautiful tons of wildlife in that little spot. We had such a relaxing wonderful time and everything was so clean and and I really loved how Cayla had all kinds of different places to go and things to do written right on the blackboard. It was very helpful.! we booked this Airbnb last minute, and so very happy we did. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog moose.❤️

What a lovely and homey cabin~ very peaceful and relaxing~ host was very responsive Loved the scripture verses throughout the cabin. We took a walk across the street on their property ~ so peaceful and beautiful We will definitely be back :)

We spent the weekend here and had a really lovely time! The property was beautiful and peaceful. We picked up breakfast from Daddy’s Kitchen, and later went just down the road to Old Stone Cider for a drink and live music. The loft bedroom was so pretty; the bed was comfortable and it was amazing to look out the windows and see the horses grazing. Be careful on the stairs as they are a bit narrow. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. We sat on the couch in the living area and played some of the provided board games. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful girls’ weekend at Brandywine Lodge! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The setting was peaceful, and we loved relaxing, cooking together, and enjoying the cozy atmosphere. A special highlight was the sourdough class — it was such a fun and unique experience that made our stay extra memorable. The hosts were kind and responsive which we really appreciated. Everything we needed was there, and we would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

We all had a wonderful stay at Edna's house! The house was very beautiful, very clean, kid friendly, peaceful and close to many places we wanted to go to. Edna was a great host. She responded quickly to any questions and very nice to communicate with. We would definitely come back for another stay! :-)

THIS is how every AirBnB should be managed! Upon arrival, the exterior property was immaculately maintained and the paved driveway could easily fit 8+ vehicles. Porches were clean with fire pit on the patio. Interior of the home was nicely furnished. It felt like a home and not a rental. All areas were very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the small details that many AirBnB’s do not include—there were paper products, hand soap at every sink, dish soap and dishwasher pods, feminine products and laundry supplies. The kitchen had the basics with a nice coffee bar stocked with keurig pods (there’s also a drip machine). Despite not having central air, there is a mini split a/c unit in each bedroom plus the living space, each with it’s own thermostat. Very detailed guest book filled with local activities and easy check in procedure (digital lock code—no lost keys). Great stay very close to the Strasburg railroad. Watch the amish farmers working right from the back porch!

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this incredible gem! We were amazed by the sweeping countryside views—they’re postcard-perfect. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully stocked; you can tell this place is loved and cared for. If you're a plant lover, prepare to swoon. The sunroom is a dreamy little jungle oasis with the happiest houseplants you’ve ever seen. Sarah’s green thumb is on full display both inside and out—it's like staying in a boutique botanical retreat. The Amish family next door made our stay even more special. David & Sarah are warm, welcoming, and their sweet pup Kia quickly became our honorary group member. We adored his friendly visits! Don’t miss the chance to unwind outside—whether you're lounging in the hammock or just soaking up the serenity in one of the chairs. Watching horses and sheep graze peacefully in the field each day felt like a balm for the soul. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and genuinely uplifting—this place is God’s country, no doubt.

So happy to have been back to one of our favorite places to stay! As always everything was immaculate, and we loved every minute that we spent on the farm. Thank you for another wonderful, relaxing stay - we look forward to coming back soon!

Exquisite property! Lori was lovely and responsive. Home was everything you could want in an airbnb. We had a few little hiccups, power went out when we arrived and the water turned off shortly before we left. However, the property was so magical it was easy to overlook the hiccups. It was hard to leave this gem!

The location of the house was very easy to find, and the house looked better than the pictures. It was very recommended for families with children, were a lot of new places to visit. Also the bikes were in a very good condition and my ten year old daughter learned how to ride a bike. Thank you Ruth, your house is so beautiful and peaceful.

Our 2nd stay. Some nice upgrades have been made. Great location. Was responsive to issues last year but this year we had none at all but I’m sure she would have been responsive if needed. Lovely views. Good location, plenty of room. Hope to stay again next year.

Stayed for 5 nights in April: Beautiful, clean as a whistle inside and outside driveway and yard. Nice view from front porch. . Rooms are bigger than they look in pictures. Loved the kitchen overlooking the backyard with sheep. Everything worked, kitchen stocked. I enjoyed the uncluttered feel. The heat and air worked great. Beds comfortable. Entire home is very homey and comfortable and private. We will be looking up book again for next year,
