Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

Chalet ‘Tiny House’ sur 3 étages entièrement rénovée pour une famille de 4 pers. -Chambre parentale au rez-inférieur, salle de bain et toilette -Pièce à vivre (poêle à pellet) et cuisine ouverte au rez-supérieur. -Lit double confortable ‘dortoir’ dans les combles pour les enfants. Situé au dessus de St-Cergue au bord de la forêt, au calme. Admirez le levée du soleil avec la vue sur le lac Léman et les Alpes. With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. FREE CHARGING for electric cars in the underground parking facility!

Salon/séjour/cuisine spacieux et tout équipé 3 chambres double : 2 avec lits 180x200 et 1 avec deux lits 90x200 2 salles de bain avec douche italienne 1 filet dans le vide pour profiter de la vue Terrasse extérieure de 50m2 avec Jacuzzi et bain de soleil en accès libre ; donnant une vue panoramique sur la Forêt du Risoux et le Mont d'Or.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. You also have a games room and a relaxation area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
