You will have a large living-dining area kitchen communicating with a terrace and the pool area for nearly 240 m². The 110m² swimming pool area includes a 10 x 4.5m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and not very heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 pool table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. Opposite home, pond with pontoon.
