Lounge area with two armchairs, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. -Upstairs: Shower room with a 90cm corner shower, vanity unit with sink, hairdryer, and toilet. Bedroom with a 160cm (queen-size) bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom with 90x200cm bunk beds, a storage unit, and a desk with a shelf and desk lamp. Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided for the week. -Exterior: Small enclosed courtyard facing a pedestrian street; includes a garden table and two chairs. Distance to main amenities: Right in the town center, featuring grocery stores, bakeries, butcher shops, clothing stores, a pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, an optician, fishmongers, home decor shops, and a spa. Pleasant beach house ideally located in St Vaast, 50 meters from the beach and the port, and a short walk from the city center, the port and the boarding for Tatihou Island. In addition, bike paths await you to explore the surroundings: Fort de la Hougue, Morsalines, Réville, Barfleur... The house has been fully renovated and well-equipped. In addition, it has a small courtyard at the back, closed and very well exposed. A great place to enjoy a vacation!!!
