The stay was extremely good. The property looked exactly like how it was in the photos. The house was super clean including the bathrooms especially and the beds were extremely comfortable. They are located at a friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

Good place to stay. The attendant was very friendly and helpful and he took care of all our request. The location was in Kovalam near the beach and a challenge to find good restaurants nearby. But overall stay was good

A good and peaceful stay. Instead of mentioning place or property I call it as a house. It was very clean, properly arranged furniture. Well maintained hygiene bathroom. Mohammed was so kind and friendly.Definitely I will recommend for a peaceful and home like stay. Great location, close to the beach. overall had a wonderful stay.

Great location and amazing place by the beach! Really looked like the photos. The caretaker Ram was very proactive in ensuring we got everything we needed and the house was cleaned everyday and maintained very well. Super location. Best for family and for friends. Excellent place to stay near Nungambakkam area Chennai. Apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable. Property has 24 hours security person. Lot of good restaurants and shops are near by. Great friendly hosts, proactive and transparent communication with clear instructions. I will definitely stay at this place when I visit Chennai again with my family.

This is a great property, with spacious rooms along with a corridor, the best part is the serene beach view which makes the overall stay really delightful. Good service and maintenance by support staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Haritha’s flat in Chennai! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all essential items, which made cooking super convenient. What I really appreciated was the thoughtful setup of the entire property – there's a supermarket and even a kids’ playground within the premises, so we never really had to step out for anything. It felt like a perfect little self-contained world. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the stay, and the peaceful, homely ambiance made it a great place to unwind. Haritha was a wonderful host – responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Gayathri‘s/Lakshmi’s place. She checked in with us daily, which was very thoughtful. We never met her, but the security guard Krishna was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean by Indian standards. Unfortunately, the towels were quite dirty with brown stains, so we didn’t use them. Our flight was late at night, and although check-out was at 11 AM, Gayathri/Lakshmi kindly allowed us to stay longer unless a new booking came in .. luckily, no one did. That was a big help. We’d definitely stay here again!

I always choose this place whenever I visit Chennai. The place is exactly as described and it was clean and comfortable. The host went out of her way to Accomodate few additional requests of mine which could have been conveniently denied. Looking forward to staying there again

Revathi’s place checked all boxes for me and was exactly as described. Located right in the center of Chennai, it is a stone’s throw away from the US Consulate. The check-in was smooth and she was kind enough to offer me a late check-out as well. If you want a place that is right bang near cultural or international institutions of importance, this is the right place to be. The cleanliness was spot on and I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again if I am Chennai!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Vepery, Chennai. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was central and made it easy to get around. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Mr. Gokul is a wonderful host, helpful and generous. comfortable stay! nice and clean premises. excellently located property, 5-6kms from airport, near to Chromepet railway station! walking distance from market, which has grate local brands of chennai like Saravana store, Pothy's store and few excellent food stations (restaurants) like A2B, Thallapathi, subway and many more.. best stay option for a family or 2, or grop of friends. it can accommodate comfortably 6 members. all the electrical & plumbing items are working well. I am thankful to the host Mr Gokul for the early check-in and convenient chekout also! this was a grate value for money deal!

Best place for family and kids to stay . Clean rooms with all amenities. Very peaceful stay. Location is very good. All rooms hall kitchen same as described in pictures. My kids love this place. Host is also very active and kind to us all information shares truly. As the appartment is on main road so its very easy to get cabs or autos just in front of gate. Thanks to host and airbnb.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.

Arjun’s place is clam and centrally located, it’s exactly the opposite of apollo Heart centre. Fully occupied and everything is there, needed for a long stay, flat is specious and clean, both the washrooms are also neat and clean. We had a very good stay and really appreciate the space, this place is really having a good vibe 🙂. However there were a few concerns after check-in but the caretaker Mr. Murugesan is sorted each issues immediately, really appreciate to him. Overall it’s a wonderful stay, Highly recommend 👍.
